Shipment of your order
In the Spanish peninsula, and as a general rule, parcels are usually prepared the same day the order and its payment are received, and they arrive 24/48 hours later. Normally, from Monday to Thursday, orders received and paid for before 3 p.m. are prepared the same day and collected by the transportation company in the afternoon, and arrive 24/48 hours later. In any case, shipment is always processed as soon as possible.
Orders paid by bank transfer are prepared and shipped as soon as possible once the bank confirms payment.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders received and paid for after Thursday 3 p.m. are shipped the following Monday, arriving on Tuesday. This is to avoid the goods staying in the transportation company warehouse the whole weekend.
Cheese is sent in cardboard boxes.
Once your parcel has been picked up, you are sent an email informing you about the shipment. Where possible, we will also send you a tracking code or link to track your shipment online via the transportation company’s website.
In the event that the shipment has been damaged during transportation, the customer must notify this to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt. In this case, Artesanos Lácteos shall start a claim procedure with the transportation company to replace the damaged goods as soon as possible at no extra cost for the customer.
In the event that the shipment does not arrive in perfect conditions or if a mistake has been made by Artesanos Lácteos, the customer has the right to request a replacement of the products at no extra cost for them or to return the order and receive a full refund of the purchase including shipping costs, once the claim has been verified.
If you wish to return a product bought to Artesanos Lácteos via our online store, you need to let us know beforehand by email to email@example.com or by phone at +34 925 348 287, or by post at the address below and in the footer, including the following information:
– Name and email address used for the purchase
– Number and date of the order
– Reason for return (OPTIONAL): not satisfied with the purchase, mistake in the products sent, defective goods, etc.
Once your request is received we shall email you the instructions to proceed to the return. Once the product has been received and its status verified, the corresponding payment shall be made within 7 days from receipt of the return, with the same payment method used for the order or via bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
ALL production defects in our products are FULLY covered by this warranty.
Artesanos Lácteos shall cover the shipping costs to our facilities originated by possible warranty procedures of our products.
Any change, modification or regulation not included herein regarding e-commerce laws, and benefitting the customer, shall be taken into account by Artesanos Lácteos. In the event that any Spanish law or regulation contradicts any of the clauses in these General Terms and Conditions, or any other Specific Conditions that may be stipulated, the Spanish law or regulation shall be applicable and the clause stipulated herein and contradicted by the law shall be annulled.
