Sheep cheese in extra virgin olive oil, with pressed paste, made into cubes with raw sheep milk, aged for 3-4 months and then aged for at least 60 days in extra virgin olive oil.


Jar of sheep cheese cubes in oil. The paste varies in colour from white to yellowish ivory. Acidic and slightly bitter taste due to the extra virgin olive oil which increases with ageing.
