Artesanos Lácteos guarantees the safety and confidentiality of their customers’ data pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December on Personal Data Protection. Artesanos Lácteos does not use their customers’ personal data for purposes other than those for which they were requested. Nor does it transfer or sell data to third parties. It does not store cookies or collect any information from your computer for statistical purposes. Whenever you want, the data provided for your customer file can be modified or deleted.
Artesanos Lácteos has no access whatsoever to the information regarding the credit card numbers of their customers, we simply receive payment confirmation from the bank in charge of the process.

Payment methods
1. Payment via PayPal (on the website)
Pay through your PayPal account, the safest method for internet purchases. A platform providing the greatest protection for the buyer (they guarantee the full refund of the purchase if you do not receive the goods or if what you receive differs from that advertised.)
**NOTE:
Why is my address not requested when I pay with my PayPal account? Because when paying directly with PayPal, only your email and password are necessary to make the payment. PayPal sends us an email with the data stored in your PayPal account (address, email and phone number) to be able to send you the product. For this reason, before buying, we kindly ask you to check that the information stored in your account is correct. In the event that it is not and you have already made the payment, please send us an email to correct it.
2. Payment via Visa – MasterCard – Maestro (on the website)
Payment is made with the card through the Redsys platform (no need to have a PayPal account.) When buying via the Redsys platform, you enjoy the same buyer protection and guarantee as above.
